Overview The Lighthouse Labs Employers Showcase was a vibrant, virtual career fair crafted to spotlight the next generation of tech professionals.


This dynamic event brought together a curated group of recent graduates and employers in a shared digital space where conversations felt personal, purposeful, and packed with potential.


With around 400 job-ready graduates—many trained in cybersecurity, privacy, and high-demand tech roles—employers had the opportunity to discover fresh talent that’s not only technically skilled but hungry to innovate, grow, and make an immediate impact.
