Admin Controls and Features

Start a broadcast

● A broadcast allows the host and/or admin to provide the guests mass communication. The broadcaster has the choice of either broadcasting the message to the guests to the floor they are currently in or across all the floors available within the space.

● To start a broadcast, click the “Admin Controls” button on the top toolbar and click on “Start Broadcast”.

● Change the details of the pop up as you see fit. If you’d like to record your broadcast, select “Yes”. This recording will be saved on the server and your Event Manager will be able to provide you with any recording of your broadcast.

● Starting a broadcast while in a huddle would ask you a few more details: “Broadcast my huddle” this inquiry is asking whether you’d like someone else to be with you during the broadcast.

● People in your huddle could be either on the “main stage” or the “backstage”. Placing someone on the “main stage” would mean that the person will be seen by the audience of the broadcast. “Backstage” would mean that they are not seen by the audience but could be easily pulled to the mainstage broadcast. You can think of this feature as how you’d use the backstage of a theater stage.

● For other capabilities of broadcast, watch this video:

Start a Group Call

● A group call allows you to pull a group of people into a video conversation, where up to 100 people can engage and converse with each other.

Create a Group Call

● You can create a group and randomize the people to be included in the group call, the size of the group can also be modified. Depending on the need of the activity, guests can be randomly grouped up to 20 guests per group.
