Admin Controls and Features

Start a Broadcast

A broadcast allows the host and/or admin to provide the guests mass communication. The broadcaster has the choice of either broadcasting to the floor or across all floors.

  • To start a broadcast, click the “Admin Controls” button on the top toolbar and click on “Start Broadcast”.

    • If you’d like to record your broadcast, select “Yes”. This recording will be saved on your Event Manager Account.

Start a Panel Broadcast

Starting a broadcast while in a huddle allows your whole huddle to broadcast alongside you.

  • Panelists may either be placed on “main stage” or “backstage”.

    • “Backstage” panelists are not seen by the audience but can easily join the "main stage" when it's time!

Start a Group Call

A group call allows you to pull a group of people into a large "Gallery View" video conversation, where up to 100 people can engage and converse with each other.

Creating Random Groups

Admins can randomize the audience into smaller groups within the call. This is a wonderful feature to kick-start networking activities! Groups can be configured anywhere between 2 and 20 participants.
