To ban a user, you have a few options:

1. Click on the Attendees option and find the name of the person you want to ban.

2. Click on the three dots next to their name and select the option "Ban User."

To unban a user:

1. Go to the admin controls and select the last option, "See Banned Users."

2. A new screen will appear, and you can select the user you want to unban.

Now this other screen will pop up and you just need to select the user you would like to unban
