Waiting Room

● If you feel the need to suddenly activate the waiting room, you can do so by clicking on “Admin Controls” then select “toggle waiting room” and adjust the settings as you see fit whether you would like to place all of your guests to the waiting room or limit a number of guests to be inside the floor and the rest will be on the waiting room.

Enable/Disable elevators

● You would like to halt the movement of your guests from one floor to another, you can choose to disable the elevators by toggling the “False” button and clicking “confirm”. Enable the elevators by toggling “True” and clicking “confirm”, your elevator button should light showing that it enabled to be utilized once again.

Move to a Floor

● You would like to control which floor your guests are during your event, you can do so by clicking on “Admin Controls” and toggling “True” for “Move to a floor” and selecting which floor you would like your guests to move.

Create a Poll

● Under the elevator and exit button, you’ll find the Event Chat.

In the event chat, there’s a blue button named “Create an Event Poll”.

Once you click “Create an Event Poll”, a pop up will appear with the following questions to create your poll.

your question, options and set how long you want your poll to be visible to the attendees. Then, click on “Create a Poll”

Your poll would appear on your event chat as shown above.

Posting an announcement

● To turn on the announcement portion, toggle the light gray button on the left of the chat box.

The area where you type in a chat will now allow you to post an announcement as shown below. The message should appear as a banner on top of the page.
