Waiting Room

● If you feel the need to suddenly activate the waiting room, you can do so by clicking on “Admin Controls” then selecting “toggle waiting room” and adjusting the settings as you see fit whether you would like to place all of your guests to the waiting room or limit the number of guests to be inside the floor and the rest will be on the waiting room.

Enable/Disable elevators

● If you would like to halt the movement of your guests from one floor to another, you can choose to disable the elevators by toggling the “False” button and clicking “confirm”. Enable the elevators by toggling “True” and clicking “Confirm”, your elevator button should light-up, showing that it is enabled to be utilized once again.

Move to a Floor

● If you would like to control which floor your guests are on during your event, you can do so by clicking on “Admin Controls” and toggling “True” for “Move to a floor” and selecting which floor you would like your guests to move.

Create a Poll

● Under the elevator and exit button, you’ll find the Event Chat.

In the event chat, there’s a blue button named “Create an Event Poll”.

Once you click “Create an Event Poll”, a pop-up will appear with the following questions to create your poll.

Enter your question and response optionsset, then set a time limit for how long you want your poll to be visible to attendees. Then, click on “Create Poll”

Your poll will appear within your event chat as shown above.

Posting an announcement

● To post an announcement, toggle the light gray button to the left of the chat box.

Posted announcements will appear as a banner above the video feeds for all attendees.
